## Exact scope of this example

- The real workflow is documented by KINALI at BTL. Our Panda + Robotiq, Raspberry Pi workpiece and designed fixture differ from that deployed installation.
- Inputs include original photographs, manufacturer CAD and a mechanical drawing, an engineering brief, and existing robot and room assets. Do not say it was made from photographs alone.
- The final demonstrator uses an aligned input nest. Rotated-start trials exposed stock-gripper clearance problems and are retained as failures.
- Nominal coordinates and grip settings came from scripted commissioning trials and are explicitly supplied to the policy. This is not a vision-only alignment benchmark or a robustness study.
- The fixture remains open. Electrical ICT/FCT testing, board flex/damage, ESD behavior and hardware transfer are not modeled or validated.
- Contact forces are measured by independent simulator replay. They are not fed back to the LLM and are not hardware safety certifications.

Original research photographs are retained as workspace inputs and in the offline source archive. They are omitted from the presentation because the simulated cell differs from the photographed installation. Source links, licences, exact inputs and iteration history remain available for provenance.
